Morrison has secured a new seven-year contract with Home Group to look after more than 14,000 properties in the north east of England.
The contract, which is worth £98m, is for the provision of responsive repairs, voids maintenance, planned maintenance and enhanced annual servicing to all heating systems including solar and photovoltaic cells.
Morrison Chief Executive Guy Wakeley said: “This is a huge milestone in our journey to customer excellence and will bring huge benefits to us in terms of contract compliance, cost and consistency of service across the UK.”
Work will start in February 2012 and will cover all of Home Group’s properties across the North East.
